There is a fan located on the back of the air purifier that sucks air through the filter and blows out clean air. Don't worry, it's normal.
Do not put the air purifier in a corner. You can put the air purifier in the centre of your rooms.
It's okay, but please mind that the air changes per hour will reduce in larger room.
You can keep all the windows and doors closed and try to limit pets or too many people in the room as this will increase the amount of pet dander/ carbon dioxide.
To turn the sleep mode on for:
- In DREW Pure 1, you can press the UV/ Light button 3 times.
- In DREW Pure 3+, you can press the UV button for 3-5 seconds until the sleep light indicator blinks.
- In DREW Pure 5, you can press the sleep button until the light indicator blinks.
Note that when you are on sleep mode, all lights (night light and Air Quality Indicator) are shut off and the power is in the lowest. To make sure the unit is on sleep mode you can simply put your hands above the blow out passage to feel the air flow.
To turn the sleep mode off, simply press any button to cancel the sleep mode.
You should change your filter every 3-6 months depends on your air condition. But you don't need to worry, our filter reminder system will reminds you every 6 months. To receive this benefit, make sure you register your DREW devices on our website.
